So today, we're doing something a little different and I'm currently typing this blog at our HD Event. It's lovely, as people are filtering in, working and networking with new people. It's always really nice to hear a pleasant buzz of people in the shared working space, it lifts the space up and heightens to welcoming feeling of the space. There are students, the self-employed and everyone in between who are coming to work and meet new people; very nice vibes all around.
Meetings:
We met with Sally and Clare to discuss an upcoming project that we are slowly putting together, hopefully for next year!
Having a brainstorming session with Alex was great; we spoke about the plans for Bomb50, he's also bringing down his Bench Notes to today's event.
We also met up with a few people to be a part of the portrait project which has been a blast to get into the flow of.
We've met with Adele from the Smithfield Works to g work on our other collaboration events throughout this year, which we are very excited to be sharing soon.

Dave Morrall:
So as we mentioned, Dave is currently the Resident Artist of the Smithfield Works, through our collaboration.
Dave is currently working on a beautiful blue based piece to go in the Smithfield and we can't wait to show it to you when it finished.
Also, today Dave has been down to our HD event and spent some time working on his illustrative work and bringing out the lines of the latest pieces.
Stoke, Everyday:
This week things have started to really piece together for this project and it's really great to feel it.
We are now doing our best to spend everyday Thursday photographing as many people as we can, which is really an interesting challenge.
We've have shown up to planned shoots and even done a couple of spontaneous ones, where the people we asked have been amazing and great sports about it all.
I'll be honest, there are probably plenty of other things we've done this week, however, we are currently making new connections with new people, taking lots of photos and drinking lots of brews, so we'll be back soon!
