Creative Challenges & Priorities

Normally we’d be catching you up on all sorts of adventures and chaos, but it hasn’t really been that type of week. This time it’s been more about getting organised, shifting schedules around, figuring out priorities, and tackling the behind the scenes stuff that keeps everything moving. It might not sound glamorous, but those “desk weeks” are the ones that help make the fun parts possible. So this week’s update is a quick one, with a little extra focus on our little bit of priorities moving forward, and adjusting to the new blog schedule.

CHANGE OF BLOG SCHEDULE

• We mentioned it last week that we are giving a new schedule a go with to publishing the blog on Mondays now, to try and make it work within our ever changing schedules.

• This blog is something that has taken on a life of its own and is something we really take pride in and is able to be open and keep you all up to date, in more detail.

• It's something we aren’t planning to press pause on anytime soon, so getting used to this new schedule may take a minute but I think it's going to work out for the better.

STOKE, EVERYDAY

• This project has admittedly taken longer than planned to put together but given that it's been three of us doing it, I think it’s safe we should probably cut ourselves a break on that side of things.

• We are in fact stepping closer to the finish line now (we can see it lol) and we can’t wait to show you all the final project; I love how the further we’ve gotten into it the more the plans have developed.

• Very soon, we’ll be putting together a little something so people can put in their pre-orders for the book very soon, so keep an eye on that.

SOCIAL MEDIA STUFF

• As you’ve seen, we’ve been a little bit lacking on social media lately but rest assured we are still there and working away.

• For us at the moment, it just simply isn’t our highest priority, so we basically get to scheduling posts when we can at the movement but as mentioned above, it’s something that we’re currently looking at and working on with priorities and plans.

• In all honestly though, the best way to keep up to date with our plans and chaos is through this blog, which is weekly and then a summary email of the month of updates will be going out at the end of each month too, if you're interested in signing up to our newsletter here.
