Warm This Winter
Final preparations are being put into place for when the project goes live on Wed 20th Nov, like getting last minute printing (isn't it always the way) and toolkits from War This Winter.
The awesome poster created by Chris is being pushed out now that we hope you see on the socials and share to spread the love.
On Wednesday, our WTW team had an amazing chance to finally meet everyone else involved in the coalition by meeting up in Manchester for the day.
We were in a beautiful old mill, that sits on the many canals in Manchester; the building has been renovated to suit the aesthetics of the building and is heavily involved in community spaces and support.
We got to hear in depth what the different organisations have all been up to and the different ways we're all approaching the situation and the projects to help local communities.
It was so lovely to actually properly meet the WTW team face to face as well, not just over zoom and phone calls as well; everyone was so polite and so passionate about the projects that they're doing and it was really encouraging to hear.

This week, we organised a little get together for a few of our associate artists to a sit down over a brew and get to know each other.
It went brilliantly; talking about a bit of everything, just getting to know each other in a calm and pleasant environment where work, creativity, history and more was openly discussed.
This little gathering sparked some ideas that we will be brainstorming and talking about more later on and will definitely be doing this again; a very small scale and very casual network meeting basically.
