This week has been the kind of week where you think to yourself "where has the week gone?", which means we've been busy, just with a bit of everything this week.
Warm This Winter:
preparing interviews - In order to make sure we highlight the organisations we've been working with, in the best way, we've been planning and preparing interviews with the founder and leaders of these incredible places, so they can explain properly what it they do and how it is they help.
Chris's illustrations - As you may have noticed on Instagram we've been sharing some interesting illustrations and they are part of our version of the Warm This Winter campaign to highlight the little things we sometimes forget about when it comes to energy usage. They also happened to have been created by our ace resident cartoonist Mr Chris Altham.
General work:
We've been doing quite a bit of networking this week, which has included the monthly Connects Network meet up and visiting Keele Uni for the Potteries Pound Digital Announcement, which was exciting and we also met some cool people there too.
Archive There is chap around the city of Stoke-On-Trent that is a very well known local archiver and is in charge of the Staffordshire Archive, Called Ray Johnson. Not only is her a collaborator on our upcoming music event on November but he also has regular archive screenings throughout the city and we were able to pop into see one of them this week. It was about the old Royal Stoke University Hospital. It was a genuinely interesting bit of footage and it was lovely to catch up with Ray as well.
