Delayed it but Worth it

A bit of a delay for last/this weeks blog but it's been such a creative and chaotic week, there was not even enough time to write up this post. Also it meant that we got to include the amazing Docile in this blog otherwise that event would've had to wait longer to be put out too. I've tried to keep it summed up and not too long... Enjoy!
DOCILE STATION:
The official launch of the faux radio station Docilestation was opened on Saturday and what a launch it was.
A motion-stop universe created from the brilliant mind of the artist Docile created to build "communitree" of goodness and creativity growing together to simply create art and live, which I truly love and find amazing.
Fenton Town Hall was the place of the event; there was awesome merch, intricate sets that were crafted along with the video podcasts for the launch of the radio station that contained sets that were created to make this stop-motion universe.
STOKE, EVERYDAY:
It’s been an incredibly productive week for this project, as there have been multiple shoots by both David & Sarah this week.
The definition of teamwork really showed this week, when car trouble showed up the other person stepped in to help the other and made it work.
From doctors to hospitality hosts and gardeners, it’s been a whirlwind of incredible people that they have had the pleasure of meeting.
UNIT ONE:
We went to the well loved Unit One today, as they had some local artists in today to help give their walls new life.
Tom, Emily, Roz & Callan all brought their own styles and put their marks on the space, creating amazing work on the indoor skate park walls.
If you’re a fan of skating (skateboarding, roller blading, scooters and so on) then head to Unit One, it’s run by the awesome Jess and Simon, who created a safe space to learn, socialise and skate in every way.
UNREAL ENGINE:
Our awesome intern Mitch is currently having a lot of fun diving head first into teaching himself Unreal Engine, that will be going towards our upcoming projects.
He’s been creating characters, learning to animate, create light sources and more but basically teaching himself a bit at a time, which is awesome.
I’ll be honest, this is where we’re extra grateful for the RENDA desktops from Overclockers right now, as they have not only been vital in coping with our film projects that are in progress but are definitely built to handle Unreal Engine and the creation that are being made in the programme.
